Cloud capacity, a ledger, and an agent can each change something that matters. The product lines on this site are held to the same four rules.
A material action is meant to leave a record a reviewer can follow: what ran, who allowed it, and why.
A workflow receives the access the job needs. It does not receive the whole estate because that is easier.
Consequential changes are designed to wait. A person can refuse an action before it touches production or the books.
What a system can see, and what it must not touch, is written down. Context is not an excuse to wander.
